Help! Looking for a male officiant!

I am in desparate need of help! Our original officiant fell through, and my FI and I are getting married on June 4th in Odessa. Does anyone know of a great male officiant? My FI would really like a male (I personally don't have a preference).

I did look at some of those threads, most don't give contact info and Googling wasn't helping. I was hoping someone had a really good experience with one. We are just looking for a non-denominational officiant that has done weddings before.

I used Rev. Robert Faatz. He was great! I was worried at first since my DH's family are ALL catholic! I am not, and did not want to convert. To my suprise, everyone loved him and could not say enough nice things. He made the ceremony a very personal one as well as hilarious!! I highly recommend him. His e-mail is rfpf@comcast.net
