new profile - is this normal?

Server Error in '/profiles' Application. Invalid file name for file monitoring: 'D:\siteroot\www\profiles\belle*j*elle\web.config'. Common reasons for failure include:
- The filename is not a valid Win32 file name.
- The filename is not an absolute path.
- The filename contains wildcard characters.
- The file specified is a directory.
- Access denied.




This is what is happening when I try to access my profile or update it!!! Is this normal?

Sometimes the knot has errors and problems.  You just have to stick with it.  Try it in another browser, try clearing your history/cookies, and go from there.  If you keep having issues, let me know.

It was doing that to me a few days ago, when I went to go update my siggy.  I had to wait until the next day to be able to access it, but was finally able.  Ever since they switched to this new format, they have had some IT bugs.

i have this same problem...still trying to resolve it, but really haven't tried that hard yet either!

I just sent an e-mail to the general customer service. Hopefully they can get it resolved. I should've known this would be harder than I imagined... Just my luck! lol
