help,lol i need venue's

trying to come up with a place. want the ceramony and reception in the same place... will most likely be a winter or early spring wedding, so out doors is amost completly out.. not finding many cheap places i rlly care for, plus i have no clue how to do this whole planing thing... so we're almost convinced to just go with vegas. we have a pretty small budget. around 5000 for everything. wanting black, an hot pink an silver for my colors. any help with anything would be great. thanks everyone.

The train depot does specials during the winter, thier link is below. I also did black and hot pink for my colors (last month), it was beautiful
