Alterations (specifically the neckline)

Has anyone had the bust of their dress altered. I have a mock sweetheart and would like to change it to a full sweetheart neckline but I worry about the price and the ability for it to actually be done.Any help on price, ability and who did yours would be great

    I didn't, but I had extensive work done to the hem of my dress, along with a few other things.  I went to Linda Lee, and she only charged me $140 for everything - I had budgeted $300!  I bet if you'd call her, she'd be able to tell you if it could be done, and possibly give you a price range?

    I forget her name at this moment but she works at Bridal Traditions. She works indipendently so she is not a part of the bridal tradtions staff. I have not picked my dress up yet ( just had the bottom hemmed) but you can always call up and ask to speak to the alterations lady.

    DUh! That made no sense... I meant I have not picked it up yest so i cannot tell you her prices. Sorry :)
