Letter art?

Has anyone seen the letter art photography where the artist finds objects out around a city that look like letters and then they take those pictures and spell a word out of them? If so- does anyone know of any one in Omaha area that does this? TIA!

    They sell them at the store Afternoon in Westroads but they are ridiculously expensive IMO. Lots of Etsy sellers make them. Some are more expensive then others. My favorite on there is seller "artofwhimsyphoto". I like her photos the best and she also customizes a cool photo mat. I think it might come with a frame too?? Hope that helps. www.etsy.com

    I do them myself.  I am not a professional photgrapher by any means!  I just go to the park and find letters in things there.  I bring the photos to Michaels to be framed and then I give them as wedding presents.  Its like a $60 project and is really easy to do!

    Check out that post two above with that gal from the Qwest- her letters were $6/each and they were really neat- i'm giving one as a wedding present and I want one of our new last name too.  Very cool idea!d

    I know Von Maur also does this, but I think it would be more interesting to have it be letters found around Omaha.My best friend works at Von Maur, so she put one together for us as our wedding gift--and we loved it!  We've been looking for a long picture or something to put over our sofa, and this works out perfectly (Peterson is long enough to stretch out over a sofa). :)I think I'm going to have to make this my stock wedding gift for my friends from here on out, because we loved it so much. :)

    I've bought a L.O.V.E one in a black frame from hobby lobby a couple months ago. Sometimes they have words there....
