What kind of food are you all having and are you doing a buffet style or plated?

We did buffet style and our menu is in my planning bio.  (Don't use our caterer, though.)

We are doing a buffet style dinner at the bellevue berry farm. They are their own caterers and I picked smoked turkey and my fiance chose beef brisket with the bbq sauce on the side...also comes with veggies, mashed taters,   side salad, rolls and fruit. The smoked turkey was amazing and it melted in my mouth! Was so juicy and tender. Yummy!

I went with bellevue berry farm because I like the exclectic decor, the atmosphere, all that it includes the prices are great! We are having our ceremony there and our recpetion and are only paying a per person plate fee for the entire time. Also paying for drinks too.

I am doing a buffet by a local small town caterer. Having pulled pork sandwiches, mesquite chicken, cheesy hashbrowns, baked beans, cheesy pasta, fruit salad. Can't wait to eat it all!

We aren't doing food.  With a 350 person plus guest list and a 5000 dollar budget, to feed everyone is just impossible
but we are doing a popcorn buffet, with different mix-ins (kinda like the candy buffets, but not so sweet haha) and will also have cake and a few different drinks and punches to choose from :)

I think Hap Abraham Catering is about $16 or $17 per person for a 2 entree buffet. They are really good!
