Engagement picture location help

My FI and I are doing our engagement pictures next weekend. We originally wanted to do them somewhere pretty outside.  My photographer suggested Lanoha on 192nd and Center.  We drove by there yesterday, and everything still looks dead.  We don't want dead-looking plants in my engagement photos.  Does anyone have any suggestions for somewhere pretty (inside or out) to get pictures taken?

    We took ours in the Old Market and Gene Leahy Mall and they turned out really nice.  We did them in the summer, though, so things were greener.

    Another place would be the Elmwood Grotto by UNO.  There is a park there and the grotto would be a neat spot for pictures.  Memorial Park is close to there as well.

    Downtown would be gorgeous. If Gene Leahy or Heartland of America aren't green yet, you could do them in the Old Market where the background would be more cool old buildings rather than plants. I've always thought The Old Market Passageway was really cool.
