Maps?

I have two days off so I am finally working on my invites. I need to make the maps, how do I go about doing this? TIA!

    google maps works well and you can copy and past. Or weddingmaps.com or weddingmapper.com.

    google maps or mapquest, take a screen shot of the map at the zoom level you want, then paste it into power point or word and trace over the roads and other important items. Then delete the original image. You can also use Illustrator or any other design programs if you have them.

    I made a very simple line map in Microsoft Publisher.  It looks great and it cost me nothing but printing.

    We choose not to do maps for a couple different reasons. The wedding is in a small town so things aren't difficult to find & with technology lots of people have navigation systems in their vehicles. I am not for sure if this is the best idea but that is what we choose to do (also the cost and time to do the maps didn't seem worth it when comparing to do it or not). However when doing maps using goggle maps or mapquest make sure the directions are correct because sometimes they can be incorrect. I have heard the best way to make directions is to get into the car and actually drive the route and make them on route.
