Health and Fitness Ladies

Well, there are a few of us that want to stay on track~ so do we want to post or email (there was a pretty small group of us)? Do we want a daily check or weekly. I am for weekly personally, since all of our dates are close and we are busy! But daily is good too! If we are posting on the board maybe weekly to keep posts down~ thoughts? Preferences? How is everyone doing these last few days?

E-mail or board posts are fine with me.  I've been eating pretty well.  That's been helped a lot by two things:  I'm trying to not eat or drink anything other than water after 9pm, because a lot of my bad snacking happens late at night, and I've stopped taking seconds of dinner.  It's a lot easier for me to keep track of how much I've eaten if it's just one plate or bowl full!  Exercise hasn't been so great.  We spent last weekend in Iowa (which is always bad for both eating and exercise!) and ever since we got back here it's been rainy, so I can't commute by bike like I usually do.  I'm planning to do Jillian's tape tonight, to try to get back on track!  Good luck, and thanks for restarting the support group.  :-)

I prefer to check in here, but email works too. I have been doing better with the diet. I am down to only 1 pound higher than my ticker says, lol. Exercise has not been so great. I have been bogged down with wedding stuff and exercise is the thing I have been skipping to make time. Well, that and cleaning. I am going to try and work out today before work.

Well, I got a quick mile in on the treadmill on Tuesday, and didn't work out last night. Plan to tonight after work. Eating as been within my points and am not into my weekly points, or activity ones yet! So I would say I have done well. Lots of fruits and veggies in. Hardest thing for me is the protein and then they recommend the oils and I don't do well with those.

I'm headed off to work for the night but just wanted to post that I did an hour on my exercise bike this evening. Diet has been pretty good and I am taking a healthy lunch to work.

Ladies! It seems we are all doing well. Let's keep up the great work and we will be at our goals in no time! I got 1 mile in on the treadmill tonight. I plan to keep that up through the weekend and build up to more next week. Amazing what you lose when you haven't worked out for two weeks... makes a nice jog a little rough :)
