Cheap Flower ideas

So I have a budget of around $200 for the following: Bride's Bouquet, 3 Bridesmaid bouquets, Groom's Bout. 10 bouts for the men/dad's/grandpas 3 corsages for the moms/grandmas Any ideas of what type of flowers we could use? I really prefer fresh!

Carnations are cheap and look really great when bunched in really tight bouquets. Melissa (momtoone) has a ton of pictures of what I mean in her bio

Ditto carnations.  That is what I used.  Except that my carnation bouquet had some roses scattered in and DH had a rose bout.I did alllll of my wedding flowers DIY.  I went through Sam's Club to buy the carnations and Flowerama for roses.  Total cost?  under $100.Here a few photos (although my photos never post, so you might have to click the link):<a href="http://tinypic.com&quot; target="_blank"><img src="http://i33.tinypic.com/2qi0h28.jpg&quot; border="0" alt="Image and video hosting by TinyPic"></a>That is my bouquet (ignore my 'something blue' socks and wedding sneakers)<a href="http://tinypic.com&quot; target="_blank"><img src="http://i37.tinypic.com/33y6jrs.jpg&quot; border="0" alt="Image and video hosting by TinyPic"></a>And that is the group.  All of those, plus family corsages and bouts.  I highly recommend it :)If you need better pics, let me know.  I can't find them right now, but I have some up close of the detail...

Another option that is economical is roses and alstromeria (aka peruvian lilies).......you should check with our florist Danielle of Something Chic...we had all our bridal party, ceremony and reception flowers were like $700...if my quick math is right I think she would be able to do your bridal party size for the $200...we have enjoyed working with her...the wedding is this Sat so afterwards I will have a review :)

Ditto everyone on carnations - at the very least, they make great, inexpensive filler in with more pricey flowers (like Molly did).  Also, my parents and Mr. Gem's always have awesome flower gardens.  The day before the wedding they raided their gardens for good-looking flowers, and those were incorporated into all the floral arrangements.  Free flowers! :-)

Agree with pp on carnations. Also, spider mums are an inexpensive flower that are super pretty, we used a lot of those in the bridesmaids bouquets, and I ended up wishing I had them in my bouquet as well.
