Hmm - travel problem

So my FI and I just found out that his cousin got engaged! After talking with his cousin, we found out that their wedding is going to be 2-3 weeks before ours. They said they were going to try to make ours since they will be back from their honeymoon by then. My problem is will traveling 3 weeks before our wedding cause too much stress? Their wedding is going to be about 15hours away.... How did everyone feel 3 weeks before their wedding?

    You'll be fine. The stress didn't set in until about 3 days before. If you're unable to function 3 weeks before any type of major event you should seek medical help lol

    Agree with above post...........I had friends from Australia come in 2 weeks prior and I was a bit worried about it but it was amazing to see them and honestly it was also a blessing in disguise because I got all the final 2 week stuff done a month prior so I really got to enjoy the last few weeks with no stress........just plan accordingly and the mini vaca before will be awesome and the perfect wind up for your own wedding :)

    I agree with pp, 3 weeks before is no problem, especially if you really want to be at your cousin's wedding. If it was 3 days before then maybe but otherwise I wouldn't worry about it.
