Ideas for Bakers in the Ames / Des Moines area, who are willing to be completely odd...

Long story short - My fiance & I both hate cake.  Hate it.  And yes, we get it - by the world at large we may just be completely dessert-impared   So - we have looked over alternatives, and we've decided a 3 tier rice crispie "cake" would be excellent.  (See http://ediblecrafts.craftgossip.com/files/2010/02/ricekrispiewedcake.jpg if you want an idea of what we're thinking)

Now we need to find someone who can do it - and do it well.  We don't want a huge crispie which is too crunchy & dry.  We want it gooey and good!

Any ideas of bakers or sweet makers in the area who would be able to pull this off?

A big Rice Krispy Treat is what I'm doing for FI's groom cake. He's not big on cake and loves treats.
