I love-love-LOVE Jasper Winery.  One of my favorite places. 

There is also a winery in Carson, Iowa, called Whispering HIlls. 

I've personally worked with both places, and they are wonderful!

Snus Hill Winery in Madrid - the reception area is small though (depending how many people you're having) and you have to travel on gravel roads to get there.

White Oaks Vineyards in Cambridge - Never attended a wedding there, but we've been to outdoor concerts and it's lovely.

Summerset Winery is quite lovely as well!  They have a great place for the ceremony and a nice place for the reception.  It's in the middle of nowhere, but very nice!
