Side Dishes

We have decided to do ribs, pulled bork, brisket, and either chicken or turkey for our dinner.

If you were to have the above as a main, what would you like to see for sides?

I've contemplated:
Mashed potatoes
Baked Beans
Green Beans (the kind cooked with little pieces of real bacon)
Potato Salad
Coleslaw
Green Salad
Fruit Salad
Dinner Rolls

I just want your input, to try to determine what the general population likes to eat with the mains we've chosen.

I think a lot depends on what your entree is.  If your doing bbq then do chips, baked beans and potato salad ... although I'm not a fan of any of those sides even with bbq )))
