What did you do this weekend?

NWR: I attended the birthday party of a friend Friday night, 18 women in a restaurant with the cutest waiter...can you imagine the fun????

WR: my wonderful MOH trew a Tea party for me and all the bridesmaid; she made a great job matching the color of the food and decor with the colors of wedding. Almost four hours chit chatting with five amazing girls, laughing, planning and making jokes...great time!!!
Today, we went to have lunch with a friend couple that will be getting married on 04-29 (same day of the Royal Wedding) and we are helping them out with the wedding organization. I had a great weekend!

WR: Got a lot of the BP's gifts ready to get made! We're doing a funny gift then a regular gift! Worked on Invites, and worked on other wedding related items, not for my wedding though.

NWR: Was off for the past couple of days, and of course was sick It always happens with your off work. So I was stuck in the house trying not to get sick, and sleeping. But other than that just watched TV.

HB - You talking about how much fun you had, I can't wait until my shower!!

WR: I went to Omaha to visit one of my bridesmaids and we went to David's Bridal to pick out her dress. Each bridesmaid is getting to pick out her own dress, just in the same color and length. We are 2 down, 2 to go for bridesmaids dresses and each girl has picked out what really works for them and their body type. I think it will look really cool. 

NWR: Worked at the mall and had a family dinner with fiance's family for my birthday next week.

This weekend though we are going to Chicago for a weekend getaway - I can't wait! I need to check the weather forecast again... I hope it's nice weather!

WR- Got my final haircut and color before the wedding on Saturday from one of my bridesmaids that lives in Ankeny.  We also talked about what we are going to do to my hair for the wedding. 

On Saturday night I had my Bachelorette party and it was great.  We met at the Drury Inn at 5 for cocktails and I opened gift.  I got lots of great things!  We ate at Wellman's, which was great food anf service.  They did great accomodating for 20 people!  We then went to the piano bar for a while, which is always fun.  We then went to Tonic and were planning on going back to Wellman's to dance as they told us that they clear the tables at 11 and make it a dance floor, but we ended up getting on a party bus.  One of my good guy friends from college and high school called and they had a bus for his brother's birthday.  All of the girls thought it would be fun to get on they bus so we did.  There was lots of dancing and I got to see lots of people that I have not seen for a long time.  We ended up going to Booneville (which I have never heard of) and a bar in Waukee.  It was a great random night and I felt great on Sunday!  I am glad that it is over though!

NWR- Sunday I spent the day driving home amd then we spent the day outside enjoying the weather!

WR: My grandmother is doing our cake (she does wedding cakes for a living), so we sat down with her and finalized our two-teir cake (we haven't finished deciding what cupcake flavors we want yet). I also purchased my jewlery and hair comb from Esty!

NWR: Spent some time at my family's, helped my mom do some major cleaning/tossing, enjoyed the beautiful weather, and lounged around. It was pretty uneventful.

Fun weekends!!

WR:  Not a whole lot actually.  Ordered a perfume sampler from Sephora so I could decide on my wedding day perfume.  Outside of that really nothing.

NWR:  My sister and her husband came for the weekend-we had such a nice time.  Lots of good food, wine and laughter.  Also, enjoyed the great weather we had this weekend!  Love it!

WR:  I made the ring bearers pillows and even made an extra you never know with my nephews.

NWR: Went out with for drinks and then watched a movie with my FSIL. I had a calm & relaxing weekend.
