Letter pressing?  Tell us more!  I'm not familiar with it!

This weekend was spent SUV-shopping.  I need to trade in my car (I've had it since 2003....), and it's time to upgrade.  Scary to think about adding a car payment in addition to my student loans and misc. wedding things (although I'm lucky--my parents and fiance's parents are paying for 99% of our wedding & reception).

Anyone know of a good car dealer/salesman?  We want to stick with Ford, but didn't have much luck at Strivers.  Anyways, we literally spent a majority of our weekend at the car dealership, test-driving, negotiating, and ended up walking away, since it was not the deal we wanted.

Wedding-related--I'm about to get started on that, haha.  Next weekend will be a big wedding planning weekend for us.  Our parents are coming to town--we have our tasting at Johnny's Italian Steakhouse, my wedding dress came in, so I'll get to try it on for the first time, and we plan on working on centerpieces and finding fabric for my bridesmaids' boleros :-)

Today, I plan on printing off tons of lists--guest lists/rehearsal lists...fun fun!

Happy Sunday!  Hope everyone had a great weekend!

NWR:  Went to the Kellie Pickler concert on Friday with FI, it was a lot of fun.  Saturday and Sunday were very chill.  FI decided to repaint the spare bedroom so I helped a little with that.  The weather was great so went for a run outside.  Ahh wouldn't it be perfect if this weather stayed?!

WR:  Sent our deposit in for our invites...eek!  Sent off a few more STDs as well.  Got out second florist quote so not it's decision time.  We also booked our hotel for the night of.

NWR: I am becoming such a socialite! This weekend aside breakfast we haven't had a a single meal at home! All parties over the weekend and still more to come tomorrow in one of my favorite places, The Melting Pot!

WR: the STD arrived and we emailing them this Tuesday. My florist just called me this Sunday and we've talked about our ideas and she is just great to work with. I could not be happier with her suggestions and great taste!

Medusia, Letter Pressing is not absolutely expensive? I am not good about this, but I was told this. Let me know how you are doing in this challenge. Girl, are you the queen of the craft or what????

NWR: Friday night, I went with FI, and another friend to see True Grit-which was better than I expected it to be.  Saturday, I had a baby shower for one of my BM, which was a lot of fun!!

WR: Nothing really.  Finalized RD plans with FILs and am getting very anxious and excited waiting for my wedding band to be done being made and my e-ring to be returned to me.  (I have now gone a month without it and may have to go another 2 weeks before getting it back)

So Letter Pressing! Looks like this!

I've been doing some research for a while on how much the machines cost, as well as the "letters". WOW!! So The cheapest Machine that I have found for sale is $2300!! So I wanted to make sure I like it before I go that far!
I found a lady that is willing to let me try it with her! So I will be doing that, then we'll see how I feel about Letter Pressing!!
