I haven't had any experience with wedding dresses...only work clothes and suits. They did a great job with those....but I think a wedding dress is an entirely different thing.
You probably want to consider a few things...
Are you alterations going to be simple or complex? Does your dress have a lot of intricate beadwork or is a simpler gown?
If you have a simple dress & the alterations are simple....you'd probably be fine using them. But if you have some complex alterations and your dress has a lot of beadwork, etc....you might want to consider going to a bridal shop/alteration specialist.
But...maybe there is some way to get in touch with the people who left reviews? Or perhaps you could go to Kim's and see if they have a book showing their work on wedding dress alterations?
My friend had her wedding dress done there and...WOW. She actually bought her dress off the rack and it was 2 sizes too big. He was able to make it fit like a glove. I highly recommend him!
Re: Kim's Tailor - Valley West Mall
Ditto to above.
I've had dress pants & a bridesmaid dress done there, and they were fabulous & very friendly.
