Can I just say that compared to many other boards that I've looked at, ours is without a doubt the most connected!!  YOU GIRLS ROCK!  : D  Everyone shows their support and encouragement and ideas..etc...thats how it SHOULD BE!!
If you are on this website, you should look out for one another and give advice...not bash eachother...you should UPLIFT your fellow brides!  This is an EXCITING time that we have waited a LONGGG time for...HELLO, I know I have!!  ; )
So..let us raise our glasses to this board and eachother!

Which other boards? I only glance at some occasionally when I'm looking for specific advice such as make up reviews, etc. But I definitely love ours!

Look at Chit Chat...and then find the post of "I am going insane"...some girl was just venting and they ate her alive!"  GEEZ..glad we dont do that!!  Whether she was right or wrong...she was just venting and looking for support..
These women acted like they were her enemies instead of fellow brides that are supposed to encourage her...
Then I went on a local board and asked a question for another area and people ignored me..LOL...I noticed there wasnt alot of activity on there, but I just felt like people didnt care.  On this board, its different.  I feel like I know some people, (like you also)..just by sharing and supporting one another.  Thats how it SHOULD be.  I'm pretty sure this website was created for people to ENJOY, not feel bad about posting a vent...

Yeah. I read posts sometimes and I feel sympathetic for the bride, but not even a few minutes after the OP someone is telling her to chill out. I dunno. My local board is dead and irritating really since there are two major metropolitans in Oklahoma, but TK refuses to acknowledge Tulsa as a Metro and only has accomodations for OKC. Oh well.

Oh thats annoying, Heroes...don't feel bad though.  I live in the CAPITAL of NY and my board is dead too.  No one connects really.  CRAZY!
Anyways...I like it here...I feel "at home"... ; )
And yes, I always feel bad for the bride too.  One girl was SUPER excited about her wedding- she posted all of her ideas and budget, etc and people BASHED her so much so that she fled the board altogether.  She never responded again.  I felt sooo bad for her.
What a shame!

I have a runner question but am going to post a new message...I need some advice on that too..
