    Good luck.  It is SO much work- but you can do it!!  It also can take forever and a day too with the closing crap, but It should be a breeze compared to wedding planning LOL..jk.
    Happy for you guys! 
    We tried over the past Summer...got pre-approved but not for alot.  Debt to income ratio was too high cause of loans we both have.  UGH!  So we are renting for now.

    We didn't get approved for much either, but right now there are a few foreclosures in our area in our price range. We're gonna try to get one of those.
