there are a ton of great photographers in MSP - seriously a hard decision for me to make! I personally recommend Spencer Combs, he is FANTASTIC!!  goodluck with your search!

I love my photog, Ashley with Shiloh Photography. She is an amateur just starting out, but she has a good eye and great prices. It is about 500 or so for a wedding. She lives in Iowa but is totally willing to travel to MN. PM me if you want to see some of her work. She has a facebook page, too.

My best recommendation is to set up meetings with a few you like.  Getting to know them is the best way to find the perfect one for you.

We are using Lauren from LC Photography. She is in Plymouth but does Metro and even ours up in St. Cloud. I went to College with Lauren and love her work.

Knowing your Price Pt is going to help you out the most when looking for Photographers. You could love a person but if you can't afford $3,000- $4,000-$5,000 etc. or whatever your budget is then that rules that photographer out. So I would nail down your budget first.

I'd recommend our photographer, Jade Staus.  He works from his home and is a friend of ours.  His photo skills are great, and his touch-up work is fantastic. His website is stausphoto.com

I really really like Chris Emeott - we had a blast doing our engagement session with him and he's done a few of our friend's weddings and they all love his photos. We even get the rights to the pictures afterwards which is a BIG plus!!

Laura Ivanova was our second shooter and I absolutely fell in love with her as well.  Would recommend her in a heart beat!!!
