Economical St Paul/Woodbury Hotel

So I've lived in the cities my entire life and never stayed in a hotel here!

We're expecting a number of OOT guests and want to recommend a hotel.  The wedding is in St Paul (Como Park) and Rehersal in Woodbury (at my family home).  100% of our guests will be interested in budget over luxury, but I want to find them something clean and comfortable.

Suggestions?

    I've had family stay at the country inn in Oakdale, the Wildwood which is attached to the Machine Shed restaurant, and at the new Sheraton.  Nobody has voiced complaints!  All are fairly new.
