Wedding meal prayer.

Our priest will not be able to make it to your wedding dinner. My mom has volunteered to do a prayer before the meal but would like an example of a wedding prayer. Does anyone have one they they used or are using? Thanks!

    Priest= Assuming Catholic... "(sign of the cross), Lord we ask you to bless and continue to bless in their new life together Blushing Bride and Dashing Groom and all of our guests here tonight that their journeys may be safe... Bless us oh Lord, for these thy gifts, which we are about to recieve, from thy bounty, through Christ our Lord, Amen (sign of the cross)"...As opposed to a friend who was a chaplain for an organization we were in who used the good ole' standby..."Father, Son, Holy Ghost whoever eats the fastest gets the most, Amen! Let's Eat!"  (seriously, she only joked about this, she didn't actually use it...)
