I'm getting married in Edina and I'm looking for someone to do my hair and my 3 bridesmaids hair that isn't too expensive. One place I called would charge $100 for my hair and $80 for the bridesmaids, I really don't want my bridesmaids to have to pay that much. I'm looking for someone near by or someone willing to come to the hotel we are getting ready at. Any suggestions??

check out the Mpls bio. But Smart and Chic does beautiful work and travels. Their prices are very good IMO. I worked with Julie 3 times before my wedding and every single time I was very happy!

I'm working with Brynn Andre Beauty, who does on-site services. (google or link in bio). Brynn's very cool and her prices are very reasonable.

I've been going to Oliver Taylor Salon (right behind Salute at 50th & France) for years....and they are doing my hair....and I believe they are pretty reasonably priced. Also, there's a new Salon next to the Edina theatre...I know it's an Aveda Salon, just can't remember the name...but b/c they are newer, they've been having specials, so you could call and maybe negotiate with them. hope that helps!

Quite a few salons will send their staff out on site, if you just ask.

Ditto Smart & Chic.  Bridesmaids hair is $55 and Bride is $75.  They come to wherever you want them also.

Kim Werner from Cole's Salon Cedar Cliff in Eagan does onsite, and can bring her colleagues to do BM hair. Her prices are reasonable and she is so, so, so nice!!
