I worked with Jessica of JM Photography and I could not be happier with our decision. She is amazing, talented and is 100% focused on you when you are with her. She was our one of our top vendors to work with during our process and now I can not wait to see the magic she captured on our wedding day!

I have heard Spencer Combs is the absolute best. Also, Barclay Horner has a great rep on here and he does good photojournalistic work. Dana Schoppe is newer to the wedding scene but she is really sweet and her prices are great. GL!

Cadence Cornelius with Ground Floor. I love her work, and we are super excited to use her next weekend. I think she has a great photo journalistic view. Here is her blog http://tinyurl.com/mj4fev her website will be up and running the end of August. She did mention that she is taking weddings for 2010 already.

We're going with Ben Berndt Photography, and he's been wonderful to work with so far. We just shot our e-pics on Sunday, so I hope to have some examples pretty soon! I would also recommend Dana Schoppe. She hasa great personality and her prices are hard to beat. Info for both in my bio.

Jennie Sewell Photographywww.sewellphotography.com She is absolutely fantastic.  See my bio (link in sig) for a good look at our pictures.  We had a TONNNN more to choose from. And she is soooo great from a photojournalistic perspective.  She really captured the day well, while also getting great portraits (LOTS of family portraits done very well).

We're going with Chad Richardson Photography.  He's based out of Hastings, and is a photojournalist by day, wedding photographer by night! (or weekend)  I loved his photographs and when I met him, I knew he would be someone that would be a lot of fun to have around on our wedding day. There's so many great photographers out there....good luck in your search!

We're using Graddy Photography and I would definitely recommend checking them out. I really like candid style pictures rather than posed ones and I fell in love with their work right away. http://www.graddyphotography.com Good Luck!

I'm going to toss my hat in the ring for JM Photography as well. Best planning decision we made-we could not have been happier with her. She was fun to have around all day, friendly and easy to work with the whole way through, and amazingly talented.

We used Katie Lewis from www.katielewisphotography.com and she is absolutely amazing! Her blog address is www.katielewisphotography.com/blog. Love her! She is wonderful to work with.

We are using Rock Hampton Foto!Love them!  We originally booked a different photographer but after seeing their work (they are a husband and wife couple) we were sold.  Switching was the best decision we've made in the wedding planning process.  http://rockhamptonfoto.com/

She met us at two different spots for e-pics, I e-mailed her at least once a week with a new "must take" pic or question and she was very quick to respond and never made me feel like I was being a burdon. Overall she was the best!E-mail me if you'd like to see our professional pics from her. marytrierweiler at yahoo dot com

I definitely reccomend Sarah Ciccone photography. She's a new photographer, but is extremely talented! Also, since she is newer her rates are VERY affordable. I am really looking forward to working with her! Her website is www.sarahcicconephotography.com

Barclay Horner! He was amazing on the day of the wedding! He scouted the area and found a farm where we took some pictures. He's been a pleasure to work with so far.

if you want truly amazing photography....and are will to pay for it...Red Ribbon Studio is the way to go (http://redribbonstudio.com/) They did my MOH wedding last fall and the pictures are AMAZING....Maribeth used to be a photo editor at The Knot in NYC...and they specialize in documentary-type pictures. They are on the higher-end pricewise....but definitely worth it for a lifetime of memories...

We used Sally Jorgenson with La Vie Photography (www.laviephotography.com and www.laviephotography.blogspot.com) Sally is amazing and I absolutely love her. Even though I live in Florida I have declared Sally our photographer for life. Her work is phenominal and she is a ton of fun to be around.  I have a ton of photos in my bio that Sally did. I can't say enough great things about her!

We also used Jen Coleman and would highly recommend her. She's got a great, easy-going personality and a great eye. Another one of my favorites is Jen Cress, she was booked on our date but her work is also wonderful.

Oh yeah, another option if you are looking for someone more reasonable is Ian Hanson. He did our e-pics and was great to work with. FI and I knew him from college. He is newer to the wedding biz but has done a few weddings now and they have turned out pretty awesome from what I have seen. We are also using Jessica with JM Photography.  She is a little pricier than I was hoping to spend but after hearing so many horror stories about photos turning out badly, lost photos and poor customer service I was happy to spend more for her.

We're using Eliesa with Photogen, Inc. We interviewed a few other photographers, but clicked the most with Eliesa and LOVED her work. We looked at Red Ribbon Studios and Meghan Doll, but didn't click with either. If my budget were unlimited, I would have hired Studio 306. Their work is truly beyond words. I. can't. even. describe. :) Good luck!

Ditto veijes. We used Callie V for our wedding, and loved working with her. I'll put up a full review when I have all the pics back, but so far we've seen nothing but great things from her.We had our e-pics taken with Bryan Newfield of Studio Blue Photography and were over the moon with him and his work. Absolutely awesome guy.And our family shots we'll be doing in the near future will be either with one of the photographers above, or with JM Photography because every single piece of work I've seen by her is amazing.
