I know you used Imagen International and you got married at Easter Lutheran...me too!! Were you happy with imagen? Did you take your formals inside the church or did you do them somewhere else? The inside of the church is a little boring, but there isn't really anything scenic outdoors there either. Your wedding is pretty much my inspiration since we have so much in common! My colors are also aqua and pink :) Your wedding was beautiful!!

    Thanks so much! We are like wedding twins :) We did all our family formals at The Hill but we did the WP formals at The Lake and a few more at our reception site. VERY happy with Imagen! I haven't seen our pics yet, but we worked with Jen M. and Lizzey (Lissey?) and they were awesome. I was in a wedding 3 weeks later that Alex shot, and he is spectacular as well. (He lost it when the bride said the WP should do a mooning shot in front of the church - that was a riot!) Looking back, I would have done our WP shots somewhere other than The Lake. I was practically crawling through a jungle in my wedding dress - we could have done as great of shots elsewhere - just not sure where that would be. If we were to get ready in Minneapolis or something, we'd have more choices. We got ready at the SpringHill Suites, so we were right in Eagan and stayed there all day. HTH!

    you sure are!! When I found your bio awhile back I was like OMG! I had all these ideas swirling around in my head but you had it all put together! :) Anyway, yeah I was thinking the Lake would be pretty, but a jungle huh?? I'm not sure I would like that so much... Maybe there's a pretty park near by or something. Thanks for all your help, I'm sure I will have more questions for you soon!

    Yeah go take a walk by the Lake sometime - it's the trail past the firepit to the adirondack chairs and out to the bridge by Cliff Road. After that, we walked across the parking lot down to the outdoor stage area and then over to the willow tree, then back to the adirondack chair (long walk!!). So yeah - some great spots, but I wouldn't do it again in my wedding dress. We'll see when the pics come back though :)

    Actually it was one of the hottest days of the year, and I was wearing 3 extra layers of a crinoline that I only wore because I dyed it turquoise :) Oops! I wouldn't take any of it back though. (I just wouldn't do it again!)

    what did you do for your third photo shoot with them? Obviously we're doing the wedding and engagement pics, but I don't know what else...

    Most likely TTD, though we haven't landed (Mike and me) on what it should be. I did b-pics with Amber P. in March (that was awesome BTW - def do it!).
