We are having so many OOT guests, so we are going to provide transportation from the hotel to the ceremony and then back to the hotel (where the reception is), immediately after the ceremony. Which leads me to 2 questions.1) I am working on an accommodations/travel info insert for the invites. I am going to indicate that there will be transportation available, but do I need to know the exact time yet or can I just include that in the OOT bags?2) I want to get a limo bus type thing for the wedding party, any company you would recommend that has both limo buses and big buses that would cut me a break on price for booking 2? (May also be getting a bus for the groom's dinner too).
