videographer taking too long!!

For all of you married chicas who had a videographer; how long did it take for them to send you the final product in the mail? My sis got married October 9th and STILL has not gotten her video!

We did not have a professional video, but I do know from other knotties, they can take awhile to edit and things. But I think that is a little much. Has your sister had any correspondance or communication with the videographer at all since the wedding?

Yes, she's been in contact with her. She kept saying it's not done yet. Then, after not hearing from her for a couple months, she finally emailed back and said she was in a car accident and to please allow more time. I'm not sure what to think about the whole thing...

Hmm, if it is a reputable company, then I guess I wouldn't be too worried, but anxious to have the video back. If the car accident was really serious and layed her up for a while, then she truly may not have it finished and legitimately so.

I would just tell your sister to check in with her periodically and ask her if she has a anticipated completion date.

I guess she is really stuck at this point unless the videographer releases everything to your sister (assuming she has paid for everything in full) and she takes it elsewhere to be completed.
