So I know someone tried to help me earlier....but I cannot seem to find how to rotate the large postcard into a vertical template/set up.  I see where it says "rotate" but it is not clickable, and is maybe more used for photos that are uploaded??  Help...what do i do?

    You can always design something in Publisher, PhotoShop, Illustrator etc. and then upload it "sideways" if you can't get the website to rotate the design.

    ugh....seems like I can rotate each line....but not the card itself....frustrating!

    Yeah I'm just poking around on their site - I don't think you can design a vertical postcard on their site... Better off designing in another program, uploading sideways, and printing from there, I think.

    The card itself can be rotated by right clicking on the postcard; then, click on "move/resize." Then click the rotate. Then you will have to move the image so that you can grab a corner of it to stretch it a little, so it will fill the postcard vertically. It will cut off a little of the design, but it keeps the scale so you should be able to work the design so it still looks nice. HTH!

    still can't...hmmmI've so far typed everything and then I'm able to rotate my whole text box....but my neck is getting sore!!  Hhahahah.....you can just picture me can't you??

    What if you give me the URL for the design you want and what you want it to say and then I'll get it loaded to the shopping cart for you and we can just make an account just for this one product. Then you can log in and complete the order. I would be happy to help if you're having so many problems! Hahaha, I've become well-versed in Vistaprint skills due to my limited budget...I'm happy to pass on the knowledge though...
