Afternoon ladies! So my dress is in! I went for my first "try on" at the Wedding Shoppe, and they do need to take it in a little on top and add a bustle. As of right now, there is no need for a hem.I was quoted $300 for alterations with pressing. I also called The Dressmaker in Edina (which I was recommended to by my sister-in-law), and her prices seemed a little more affordable (plus I have a 10% off coupon), but there didn't seem to be a huge difference in price.Has anyone had good/bad experiences with either? The woman who helped me at the Wedding Shoppe was very helpful, but the Dressmaker said she is the only one to alter the dress so you know who you are dealing with.Any advice, or even examples of what you are paying/have paid at your locations would help. Thanks so much!Ashley
