How much to spend on hair/makeup including trial

I'm not sure what to do about hair and makeup. I have looked at a few websites and have a friend that would charge $120 for makeup but then I dont know what to do for hair in St Paul. Smart and Chic or Mariahs beauty plus lashes maybe airbrush? It seems like it will be like $250 does that sound right? HELP HELP HELP! I want to look amazing but I also dont want to break the bank

    I used Mariah's, and I was very happy with the results.  I don't think she does hair though (I could be wrong).  I had my regular stylist do my hair, and she chagred about $90 for the trial and day-of style.

    I paid about $160 (This might have included tip...I can't remember) for my hair and makeup (I had air brush and lashes) from Smart and Chic.  I had Amber Brenke as a stylist and she was amazing.
