LOVED mine. So much.  They're from David's Bridal, in truffle. Beware they are far more purple than brown, despite what they looked like in the store.  I'm almost positive it's style 84066, but online it says it's a new style. I think they're lying. ;)

    Here's all of us:

    My sister/MOH modeling for us:

aaand here they actually look a little more brown

Totally feel your pain...looking for BM dresses was annoying to me because they all started to look the same and I just could not find something that I really liked in the right color/price range!

We picked Bill Levkoff style 682.  Ordering from The Wedding Shoppe.  The pic is also the color we went with...eggplant.

We got ours from the wedding shoppe and I love how they turned out!
They were an odd length when we got them so I had them all shortened to the knee and the straps removed.

They are by Mia Solano and are style MB8844.

Here is how they turned out!

    Here are mine!

There are lots of photos in my bio of my actual bridesmaids in the dresses. Everyone loved them and felt really secure in them. There are three layers to these babies that hold you in really securely. They are chiffon and we got them in a light stone gray.

The designer is Sophia Tolli (The Wedding Shoppe carries them).

    Two BMs chose this one:

    Three BMs chose this one:

My sister chose the one on the right.

    From Macy's
     Eden Bridals style 7131
We are shortening them and adding straps, they will be black with an ivory ribbon and were very reasonably priced, I think $105?

Info in planning bio - each BM picked out a style from one designer (Jasmine) and we ordered them all in black chiffon. We went to both the Wedding Shoppe and Dena Marie and I liked the service at Dena Marie better (way more relaxed, way less of a cattle drive feel.) The whole pick-your-own dress thing was - in all honesty - a total pain in the butt. But it was completely worth it - each BM wore a dress that suited her best. (My BMs were anywhere between a 5'2" Kelly Ripa-esque and a 6'0" Czech Glamazon, so it was definitely not a one-dress-fits-all situation.)

As of right now, I am planning on doing jcrew dresses in a golden khaki color:

But I would give the bridesmaids the option of picking out their own style, probably one of these:

Edit: I know Jcrew has pricier dresses, but I remember last year around christmas they were having 30% off I think everything in the place and free shipping so I am holding out for 25-30% and free shipping for the girls and having them all order them then- so the price is something we all feel comfortable with.  If for some reason they don't do a promotion like this,  I will have to rethink this into something else.

Kate:  LOVE the J Crew dresses...good call on hoping for a promo on them...  When I looked at them I was bummed because they were a bit pricey for us.  Getting a discount would be awesome!

Thanks- Getting a discount should bring them down to 150-175, depending on the style, which I am comfortable with. 215-250, no way will I have them pay that much.

What sucks is that they can't try them on- but most are just fitted in the top area anyways.

Mine wore Wtoo by Waters, my MOH and I went through hundreds of dresses and came up with an annoymous survey of about 20 (yes, I'm a huge dork) and this one was the winner :)

Here's a semi-decent photo of all of the dresses where you can actually see a good portion of each dress:

Each BM got to pick out a style she lliked in black satin, knee length. In the end, they ended up getting them from 3 different stores, because not every store we went to had something everyone liked (which was a big PITA, let me tell you!). Here they are (from L-R)

    1.)Alfred Angelo 7073 from Mestad's
2.)Can't remember the designer, but it was purchased from Gilt Group when they were doing a bridal sample sale
3.)B2 B1084 from Mestad's (shortened to knee length)
    4.) Moi! ;-)
    5.) PB314 from PoB
    6.) B2 B1040 from Mestad's (shortened to knee length

My girls each got different dresses at David's Bridal in the same color, Lapis (dark purple). Here is a picture of all of them in their dresses when we were choosing them (the correct color is on my MOH in the middle...

And here are the dresses after we got them in...the lighting is horrible but you can see how they look!

I can't find a good pic anywhere and don't know the brand name to look it up, but they're long, strapless ballgowns with pickups & a sweetheart neckline. They're chocolate brown w/ a champagne sash.

I haven't been able to post pictures in these posts but theres a photo in my bio!

I love that you girls let your BM choose their own. I'm way to OCD to do that but when I see it I think it looks cute!

I wanted to let my BMs choose entirely different dresses in the same color/fabric, but my MOH hated that idea. She wanted us to do completely matching. We ended up compromising :-)

We found a line from Alfred Sung that had four different dresses that all had similar silouhettes and skirts, but different bodices and necklines. That way, we were insured they would all look nice together. I let them all choose whichever style they wanted, so we ended up in 2 girls in strapless, one with a keyhole halter, and my MOH in a super cute bateau neckline. There was one style that no one chose (which, ironically, was my favorite!) but everyone looked perfect. The fabric was Peau di Soie silk in a color called "Fiesta" it was super cute and very low maintenance. It's only been 6 weeks since the wedding, and at least one of my BMs has already re-used their dress.

    Here's a pic:
