Groomsmen's shirts...

So if my dress is off white/ivory, what color shirt should all the guys being wearing underneath their suits? Do people still do just a white shirt or should it be an off white?? Clueless on this..

It's personal preference!  I wore a white dress, so the guys all wore white.  If I had an off-white/ivory dress, I'd still want them to wear white, and my FI/husband in an off-white ivory vest.  I don't like the look of ivory shirts under black tuxes because they look dirty to me.  So, I'd play off the white/off-white/ivory contrast and use my FI/husband's vest as the article of clothing that matched my dress.

My dress is ivory and the dudes are all wearing a light ivory....then again, our colors are also black and ivory, so that kinda worked out. I think white is fine too. Some things to consider would be time of year, your colors, overall "feel" of the wedding....those things may help you decide which color would be best.

FI tried on both when he was trying on tuxes... I couldn't even tell the difference.  You can't see much of the shirts under the vests, tie, coat, etc.  I think it's totally up to you!

My dress is a deep ivory and the tuxes are brown so we are going with ivory shirts.
