Is anyone planning a wedding, been to or had their wedding at Mi Famiglia/912 Regency Plaza in St. Cloud? My fiancé and I are considering having our wedding here but we are concerned about the position of the dance floor in the grand ballroom (does it hinder people from dancing since it seems a little separate). We absolutely love the space so we are torn. Advice?

Sorry, I've haven't been to an event there but we did check it out. I'm in St. Cloud but I haven't heard the closing rumor. I would tread lightly though or at least cover your options if you decide to book with them and that does happen. I considered Mi Familia but they only had the  basement room available not the Grand Ballroom. Both are layed out slightly strange. In the end, it turned out to be our budget and the availablitity of the larger room so we didn't go there.
