Hi - does anyone know a good, clean nail salon in the northeast suburbs that can do the fancy manicures that stay on for a long time? Thanks!

    I got a gel/shellac manicure at Platinum Nails in Mounds View right before my wedding and it lasted over 2 weeks. Ask for Nina - she's great!

    I don't know that area well, but look for a gel/Shellac/Axxium manicure. Your nails will look amazing, but it goes on like regular polish so it won't add length like acrylics. Mine lasted not quite two weeks, but that's only because I didn't take care of them (oiling my cuticles, etc) and I couldn't keep myself from picking at them.
