We just decided on a caterer, Lake Elmo Inn, does any one have any advice before we sign our contract?

    no advice, I went to a wedding there, and the salmon was delicious though!

    Things I should have read thru harder on mine (not Lake Elmo though)
    Cake Cutting Fee
    Service and labor charge
    Tip included/excluded but required
    tax estimate
    Catering fee
    Linens, dishware,silver,glassware included. Set up included?
    Linens for extra tables included?
