Vendor review - panic solved

I booked a mini coach bus back in April for the WP to take from hotel, to pictures/ceremony, and then to the reception.  This is 5 hours total, I didn't want a limo are anything super fancy, because 5 hours gets really pricey.  So I booked a mini coach through mnpartybus.com.  He mentioned something aboiut a major CC on file, but he never asked for the CC # after I confirmed I wanted to hold the date.  Everything seemed good to go and I didn't think anything of him not taking my card #.

I emailed them a week ago to ask if my FG could ride on the bus.  They responded back that there is no age limit, the following day.  Today, one week later, I get an email saying they had no record of this date (my wedding) being booked.  I panicked, thank you for doing this 50 days before my wedding, which is Halloween weekend, a popular party bus time!  I tried calling him 4 times on two different numbers because in the email he said he still had a bus available.  He didn't answer and both voicemail boxes were full!
I called another company told her the story and she guessed it was Bob with MNpartybus.com, and was right!  That's bad!  No bride should have to deal with that kind of unreliable business.

Luckily I was able to book with www.1place2party.com, the busses aren't as nice looking but it is a much more reliable company.  My friend recommended them and said they are always on time.  She gave me a huge discount for everything I went through, and I highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a party bus.
