    Aww thank you!  Nothing yet.. the "misplaced heirloom" department has about 6 voicemails from me and I am anxiously awaiting a response. They have until 2 to call me back and then I am going to call corporate. I am under the impression that the place that lost my rings are still looking for them, but no word from them other than finding my 1 band.  As soon as I hear something I will def let you guys know.

    Do they seriously have a department for that? Is this something that happens often to them? That is insane! Lots of good vibes coming your way! I hope they find everything quickly and justly compensate you for all the stress!

    This exactly. When I dropped them off they assured me that they have never lost a ring before and everything would be just fine. Convincing as they were, looking back, I was dealing with sales people and they sold me.  It's only after the fact that you learn about this nonsense. Not only do they have a department for misplaced heirlooms, but another dept for lost items that were purchased at the store. I can officially say, I HATE THEM.
