When I first joined the boards about a year ago, I would get a little frustrated because this board was so busy I barely had time to keep up with all the posts.  Lately, however, it seems to be boardering on snoozefest.  Sad.  

So, when conversation slows, talk about the weather!  Seriously, though.  I was kind of loving the 80 degree October, and this 45 degree windy day has been a shock to my system.  Anybody actually excited for the impending cold?  I will freely admit that I am not excited for it at all.

    You're right, the board has been so slow! I was scrolling through it and almost all of the posts were like 3+ days ago with very little responses.

    Oh weather, a great ice breaker :)  I do love fall, but I'm especially frustrated with the wind & cold weather approaching. We scheduled our engagement photos for next Monday and I REALLY want sunshine. I hope it's not gloomy & super windy like the past couple days have been.

    I also agree the boards have been slow. I've been kind of busy with my wedding only 1 WEEK AWAY :) but I always find time to pop in and see what you ladies are up to!!!

    TMI Tuesday sounds fabulous!!!

    The weather...hoping it warms up a bit and have sunshine one week from today :)

    TC bride.  I'm with you on the e-pics frustration.  Mine are scheduled for next Sunday.  Originally I wanted summer pics so I bought a cute somewhat summery dress a couple months ago.  It would work for nice weather fall.  But now I'm worried it will be too cold to wear it.  I wanted my pics sooner, but apparently next Sunday was the first day that worked for all of our schedules.

    I think the board slowing down has a lot to do with when wedding season is. Many knotties got married in the past 4 months, so that probably explains the slowing of the posts. I started posting on TK around this time last year and noticed a pickup in posts between the holidays and wintertime. More knotties will probably come out of the woodwork during holiday season, as that is a popular time to get engaged. ;)

    I love this weather. Way more than 80-90 degrees. What can I say? I'm a good Minnesotan ;)

    I agree with MuSu, though. The boards always die in the fall, pick back up in January after all the holiday engagements, die in the spring, and pick up in the summer with all the weddings.

    I'm so guilty of checking the board, and never posting anything!  I'll put an end to that now...

    I too am frustrated with the weather, only becuase of e-pics.  Normally I would love the crisp chill in the air, but our e-pics have been rescheduled twice now due to rain!  Please cross your fingers (and toes) for nice weather on Monday!

    Guys. Stop complaining about the cool weather for your e-pics. We scheduled ours in May hoping for nice weather. It was 100 degrees and 99% humidity. IT COULD BE WORSE.  

    I look like crap in all of ours, because I was dying outside.

    Haha! Ok ok you're right, I'd take colder weather over 100 degree humidity for pics any day. I'll just hope for sunshine for ours ;)

    I too love love love this weather.  Love it.  Did I mention love?  I love it.  :) 

    Agree with pps, I've been around for a while and the boards ebb and flow.  MuSu could re-instate daily postings maybe?  TMI Tuesday, WTF wednesday, thankful Thursday, confession Friday... what was Monday?  I forget!

    The boards have been slow lately, but I also feel like I am never around anymore! There are a large amount of new brides and I feel bad that we aren't around for them! Guess that is how it rolls...
    And I agree I LOVE LOVE LOVE LOVE this weather - if it doesn't start cooling down a bit more I am going to be ONE cranky bride in 15 days. I chose a lateOctober wedding to have the highs in 50's 60's... here's hoping!

    I can try to do daily postings if you want, but as I'm a student, my "wake up" time is different every day --- so many of you are probably at work before I'm awake. ;) So ANYONE is welcome to start daily posts!!
