Wedding Dress Modification - Where to go?

I want to add some color to my wedding gown by adding either solid satin or lace around the neckline and along the bottom of the skirt.  Any ideas where I should go for this kind of change?  Should it be the same place I get the alterations done (which I haven't found yet, either).  Any advice is appreciated.

Most seamstresses can do this, just have it done where you have your dress altered.

Yeah, any good seamstress should be able to do that. No sense in going to two different people to get your dress worked on.
