What to ask at DOC interview

I'm a little lost on this. Here's what I have so far:

-What is your experience with event planning and running?
-What is your price for all-day service?
-Do you have any additional fees?
-How often will you meet with us?
-Can we contact you unlimited number of times via email or phone?
-When do you "take over" as the point of contact for our vendors?
-Do you provide day-of timelines specific to WP, parents, etc?
-How long will you be around day-of?
-Does your price include attending and/or running the rehearsal?
-Will you help with set-up/take-down?
-Do you do any transportation of supplies (i.e. centerpiece decor)?
-Do you provide a day-of emergency kit?
-Do you have a traveling fee?
-How will you handle working with our vendors (aka what is your process?)
-Do you handle the ceremony procession?
-Can you handle my crazy FMIL??!?!?!?! (FI is more concerned about this than I am!)

I asked many of the same questions you asked. I also asked:
How many full-service weddings do you personally coordinate each year?

How many wedding day only weddings do you coordinate each year? (It didn't matter to me - I just was curious.)

Are you willing to look over all my contracts to be sure I am getting what I am expecting?

Will you be bringing an assistant with you on the day of my wedding?
    What is your emergency procedure?
What was the biggest/most complicated event that you coordinated so far?
What went wrong and how did you handle it?
What's your philosophy of weddings and your job?
What are your pet peeves? What would make you not want to work for us?

Let's say XXX happens (whatever is your worst case scenario). What would you do?

Wow - those are good, Beka ... but I'm not sure I have the gumption to ask all of them! Do you have actual job interview experience, by chance? :)

<div>Yes! :) I used a lighter tone when I asked some of the questions - I'm about as casual in-person as can be. I guess I really wanted to know how a potential DOC would handle my own worst case scenario (the guest shuttle buses don't show up). No one seemed to have any issues answering it - or at least I wasn't aware! :)</div>
