Seriously? My first month without BCP in 9 years and you're back with a vengence I see.  Go away so I can function like a normal human being, please. I have things to do today. Things that require me to not stayed curled up in the fetal position, preferably.

Dear Immune System...

Please strengthen up and kick this cold/illness garbage's butt.  At least you got rid of the feverish/achey feelings I've had the last couple of days but I am still not feeling myself!  I know that I've been way too busy with not enough rest but seriously!   Life is not going to slow down anytime soon.  I need to work/study/work out/ get ready for the holidays/and plan a wedding (on my own it feels like...I really could use a mother/sisters) .... This brings me to another open letter....


Dear Wedding Planning...

Please complete yourself.  I am sick of making the bulk of the decisions.  I wish I had some one near by to help me!  FI is in Mankato finishing school, his family is all at least an hour away making it hard to actually get help, MOH is on the other side of the country, and I am sick of buggin my same friend all the time!   Blah, I just wanna be married and celebrate with everyone.

WTF -- it's already December?!?! Each month passes by and still, I get nothing accomplished when it comes to planning this wedding.

WTF self - why are you always tired? No matter how much sleep you get ... you are always tired and it's really starting to irk FI.....energy, where are you?

Dear Employer,

While I love my job, you are making it very difficult for me to not start searching for other employment. Do you really think it's kind or fair to make someone work a 14 hour day on Thanksgiving and then put out the December schedule only to put that same employee on a 14 hour day on Christams Eve and 3-10 pm on Christmas day while others haven't worked and effing holiday since Memorial day!??!?  I understand there is a staffing shortage and budget cuts galore but come on, could there at least be SOMEONE else taking a turn?

Dear  Higher Power-
I know you have a plan for everyone. I'm going to disagree on this one. It was wrong to allow FI's aunt to pass away in a car crash this weekend. Days after our wedding and headed home from Thanksgiving. Her daughter just had her wedding a month ago and was the happiest I've ever seen her and now she's the saddest. FI is so sad and I don't know what to do for him. She was like his mother. It wasn't fair and I'm none too happy with you right now.

Dear Job-
Yup I quit. I was surprised that you didn't even try to convince me to stay. Off to bigger and better things. I don't hope you really crash and burn with my departure but I do wish you a bit of PITA. I was a good employee and you treated us like dirt. I will bring it up in my exit interview how inappropriate you are to your face.

Dear Christmas -
You are my favorite time of the year, but I REALLY REALLY hate seeing mom's and dad's struggle to make a Christmas happen for their children. Especially when those are special needs kiddos and they need certain things. My heart breaks everytime I hear a mom tell me about how their help got cut off this month because their family made "too much money" as estimated by them! SERIOUSLY it's supposed to be a happy time of year!

Dear FI's school project group member-

IF you spent nearly as much time working on the project as you do making excuses for why you have done nothing, you would be done.  Instead, Corey has had to spend the last two nights at the lab until 10:30pm working on you part!!  You suck.  Really.... Really.... you finally came to a group meeting tonight only to say your drive crashed and you lost everything?!?  Thats BS, especially since Corey told you to save it on the shared school drive.  How extremely cnvenient!   But thats okay.....  Corey will miss a day of work so AGAIN he can head to school for a makeup meeting because you can't pull your own weight.  Karma is a mean b*tch and I hope she lays it out on you.
