Has anyone been to the $299 wedding gown sample sale at the Convention Center?  What is the experience like?  Is it worth it?  Is it better to know exactly what you want?  Are the dresses flawed in some way?  Just got a flyer today at the Wedding Fair and was just curious about it.  Any info or this sale or other ones would be helpful:)  Thanks!

    I went with my friend last year and did not like it at all. I thought the dresses looked old and some of the samples were dirty. She didnt find anything she liked. I know it is a good deal, but i think spending a little more gets you a better dress.

    I went dress shopping elsewhere first and then went to the 299 sale. I went with a friend who got her dress at the sale the year before. My friend found a gorgeous dress and I found a beautiful dress last year. You need to try on anything...even if you dont think you like it. I found a beautiful dress...a style I didn't expect to get. I love it and can't wait to where it in 12 days :) It's pretty hectic there and you change in front of other brides. I ended up going the night before so I would have first pick. It was something I got from KDWB. I would def search there website and message the person to go the night before. That's how I got them. I would def recommend going. Don't feel obligated to buy something! If you find something...great, if not...it was an experience. Keep an open mind and really do try on anything....you never know. Good luck!!!!

    hey girls that have been to the sale before! do they have a lot of dresses in each size?!?
    i am a small size and i know that alot of sample gowns are in average to larger sizes to fit more buying brides so i am just wondering if its going to be a waste of my time to go and sit inline?!
