NWR: HOUSE!!

Our real estate agent is meeting with a seller TONIGHT (8:30) to put our offer on a house on the table.  We actually saw the house yesterday and we knew we had to move quickly.  Totally excited!!!

    Crossing my fingers for you - sending house dust your way!!  Would you be able to get the tax credit?  That was a huge incentive for us!  Good luck - keep us posted.

    Definitely in line for the tax credit.  The ONLY way we are able to do this is because I received an inheritance from my Grandfather who passed away this past August.  I know that he would want me to use part of the money for that.

    It is located in NE-right off of Stinson.  Will be a bit of a change from Uptown, but a great location.

    It's like we are finally growing up-at the ripe ol' age of 30 :)

    Congrats! Now the fun begins! How much more fun will it be to register for gifts when you have a home you own? :)

    PS: I have been meaning to tell you that I went to high school with your fiance - we were in band together, I think (I played the tuba!).

    beka-Totall'y funny you went to HS with Graydon-I bet he remembers you!  I will have to ask him...did you two graduate in the same year? 
      And YES to registering...that was my plan :)  Register for new things for the new house!!

    Yes, this year is pretty insane-and when I say year, I think August-June as I am a teacher and this year has been the BUSIEST year in my teaching career-teaching several overloads, wedding planning, writing my thesis and buying a house!!  Uffda!
