We are expecting a LOT of kids, and I mean a lot, like 40. With the kids meal option and that many kids, they want us to have place cards with an indication of how many kids meals.
My family assures me this does not mean I need assigned seating with different color place cards. Their suggestion is to say: "Jane & John Smith Family; Please seat yourselves," with sticker stars vs. hearts to indicate adult or kids meals, all on one place card.
Does this sound okay? Is there a better way without assigned seating? I'm getting a bit frazzled, and I hear so many different opinions, I can't even decide anymore. Help?
