BAD Vendor WARNING

Dear Knotties,

Don't bother trying to work with Kevin Porter from PC Catering and Events. He was very unprofessional and sent an email to me bashing the caterer I chose saying "if you don't care about professionalism and having low quality food then go ahead and stick with using her" What a DOUCHE. Just because I am getting EVERYTHING from a different caterer for $4,125 for 200 people and he can't deliver. What a tool.

Just saying, don't bother. We emailed back and forth for 10 days and he kept saying he would send a quote and he never did, and he ended with that awful email. What a waste of time.

WOW! Sorry you had to deal with such an a$$! Im glad i havent had any problems with my vendors... YET! lol Im sure you wont regret not going with that guy!

Oh no!  I am sorry that you had to deal with that.  We are using PC Events, and we haven't had a problem with them so far.  They had a super detailed budget back to us a couple of days after we met with them, and their food was yummy.

I will say that Kevin didn't exactly seem like the warm and fuzzy type, but several of our other vendors have worked with PC Events in the past and they have all had high praise for him.  Hopefully we don't have any issues!

Im really sorry to hear that.  I had a very different experience with him as well.  He was really nice and he spent a great deal of time with us working on our budget.  He even gave us a reducced rate based on the pricing info I found when I went to a bridal show.  His food is amazing.  Im curious though, what caterer did you go with?

Wow! I am sorry to hear that as well. I was pretty impressed with him so far. We are meeting with him this week, he has volunteered to send me pics of his work and even offered me a huge discount since we met him at the Cosi Bridal Show... Hopefully he doesn't change up if we book them. lol.
