Haha, that all makes sense.  Being engaged is exciting!  Sometimes I can tell I'm wearing the rose-colored glasses just from loving him so much and feeling so loved.  Cheesy, huh?

That's interesting. I don't make nearly $75K, but I'm sure I'd be a tad happier if I did, not worrying as much about bills.

Well, I suppose this means I should be elated, but I'm really more stressed out than anything else.  Maybe if I made $75K on my own, I would be.  I'm comfortable and grateful for what I have, but I don't know if I'd say I'm a happy person.

It saids as a household that makes 75k, not an individual. But I know what you mean, if I made $75k on my own, I think it would be a lot easier. It's surprising that it said engaged couples, I was stressed out when we were planning our wedding (still over joyed about getting married). But I would say I'm happier now that we are married and the wedding is done. Now we can spend our money on fun stuff and just relax as a married couple.

LOL I make $75k on my own, and I'm pretty happy... but I wouldn't mind making more!!! DC is expensive, yo! ;)
