2. When did you meet? When's the wedding?

We meet our freshman year of college back in the fall of 04.
We got married on 10-9-10!

3. Three things interesting things about yourself?
I have the same birthday as my sister who is three years younger than me.
My fingers are double jointed.
The car I am driving right now is the car I learned to drive on so I have only ever had one car and will likely drive this one into the ground as I love it too much to get rid of before it dies.

      1. I am an only child and come from an all around small fam...6 cousins total(FI has I think about 30 cousins lol)
       2. As a child I had a pet white rat.  I was an interesting child! haha She was actually a very sweet little rodent
      3. My high school/college summer job was at ValleyFair.  Working outside in the summer was the best!

We met in 2006 (coworkers) and are getting married 9/30/2011

1.  I have a lot of siblings! I have 2 stepbrothers, 1 stepsister, 1 step-brother in law, 1 brother and 1 half brother.  My half brother is 14.5 years younger than me.  I'm often mistaken for his mom.  Seriously!

2.  When I was 13 I spent 3 weeks in Europe (Italy, France and Spain).  The next summer I spent 3 weeks in Australia.  It was awesome!

3.  I'm a second generation American.  My mom's parents came to the US from the Netherlands in the 1950's after WWII.

We met in December 2007 (just had our 3 year anniversary yesterday) and we'll be getting married on 8/20/11!

1. While my name is out of left field "Markina Leil" both my brother and sister got normal names (Scott Allen and Emmalee Ruth).

2. I've never seen the movie "The Goonies"

3. FI thinks I'm cursed when it comes to driving Pontiacs. Every one I've driven -- including his has broken down on me. None the less -- we bought a new car in April and it's a Dodge!

(3) My Mom misspelled my name on my Birth Certificate - My Dad tried to get each of my sisters names Shannon by the 3rd my mom caved but spelled it with 2 As by accident. I LOVE IT and actually prefer it and my mom still tries to say she did it on purpose but we all know she can't spell.

Interesting things:
1) I hate chocolate and peanut butter together
2) one day in pre-school (back in the '70s!), I was so mad I hit every single kid in the class
3) My superpower is parking charms.  I always get the best spots to park my car in lots and on the street.  It's pretty weird, actually, and sometimes people take me along just for the better parking space.

We "met" online in Jan 2009.  He was browsing hot chicks on myspace.  Yeah... not creepy at all.  Our first date was about a month later.  The wedding date is still undecided.  Looking like Fall 2012.

1. The first thing I notice about a person is their hair.
2. I have an unnatural attraction for bassists.  It's weird.
3. I only actually have 2 older siblings, but at one point while growing up, my family had 11 people living in our house.  My parents have always kind of had an open home for friends/family who needed it.

1. I teach dance at a local studio, the same one that I grew up dancing at from age 2-18. It is very special to me that I am able to teach there now.
 
2. I'm allergic to peanuts/peanut butter, eggs & dairy products. The only things aside from my allergy meds that has kept my digestion in check w/ dairy & eggs is activia. Weird, I know.

3. I hate the taste of bread & meat together, and have never been able to eat a normal hamburger or sandwich. But I love meat and I love bread, just separately.
