Hi ladies,
I'm meeting today with the coordinator at the Landmark Center to put together a tentative floor plan of the layout of the tables - head table, guest tables, children's activity table, card and gift table, welcome table, cake table, etc.
I would like to pretty much get everything figured out today so that I don't have to go again until maybe a month or two before the wedding. What details or questions am I forgetting? All my vendors have worked with the Landmark before, so I don't think there will be any issues there. We have the ceremony time set and the rehearsal date and time set. I'll have a day-of coordinator that will handle decorating and such. There must be other details I'm forgetting though...
