Ok so I'm trying to get my timeline set up so I can print invitations (woo hoo!) I'm hoping to have the ceremony at 4:30 and then was planning on the cocktail hour starting at 5:30. The two sites are about 15 min apart, both downtown. I was trying to eliminate the gap between the two but now I'm worried about them being to close together and guests missing out on the cocktail hour and all the food and drinks I bought! Is a 30 min ceremony and and departing stuff cutting it to close? My vendors have been pretty flexable with plus or minus 30 min so thats not really a concern.
