    Dear body,

I know you're exhausted, stressed & all that, but can we stop with the dizzy spells please??  I could hardly fall asleep last night, because I felt like I was spinning... Not fun!  Go away or get better, becuase I don't have time for this right now!

    Love,
    Me!

    Dear Lightning,

Thanks for striking our house last night and killing a crapton of our stuff. Just awesome. If it weren't for renters insurance, I'd be way more pissed. As of now, it is just a major headache.

    Sincerely,
    One Irritated Homerenter

    Dear Seamstress,

You totally messed up my bridesmaid's dress alterations. It should have been pretty simple and straightforward but you somehow screwed it up. I know she should have tried the dress on before paying and taking it home with her, but from her description, the dress is unwearable as it is right now and you can't be excused from not noticing that while you were working on it. Now I feel terrible since I recommended you to my bridesmaid and she has to try to find someone else last minute to fix it. And I am horribly concerned for the damage you might be doing to MY dress! Luckily all you should be doing to it is a hem and bustle, but now I'm worried that you won't get that right either. Please don't ruin my dress!!!

    Sincerely,
    Very worried bride

    Dear south metro traffic,
If you could be calm between the hours of 4:30 and 5:30 tonight (I know this is a long shot!) i would really appreciate it. My mom is having a birthday party for my sister who I never see down in my hometown and if you clog up the roads I might be pretty late to the party! Please...please...be good!

    Love,
excited to get home to see the whole fam

    Dear FI's boss,

FI has always been dependable and responsible, give him a freakin raise already! He should get some kind of reward for not getting fired or quitting on the spot. Do we need to have you and your wife over for dinner?

    Love,

    Dear To Do list,

Please stop growing! I haven't even started classes yet and I feel as though my to do list for work and for Gamma Phi Beta just keeps getting longer and longer. :(

    Dear Reception Hall,

I recently found out you were up for sale. Which scares the living crap out of me! So, please if you get bought by someone, I hope they keep it as a reception hall and honors our wedding contract!  And I would love it if the prices didn't change much with new owners.

    Dear Self,

Stop getting so stressed out about this car situation.  Please remember that it's so little compared to other things going on in the world and be thankful that you are ok and that it's just a car!!!

    Thanks,

Stressed out car shopper that doesn't want to shop and wants my old one back :(

Google 'BPPV' (bening paroxysmal positional vertigo) and look for some home exercises that you can do to help this.  I have had it a few times over the last few years and actually just got over it.  The exercises seem to help.  But yeah, that whole 'being dizzy when laying/rolling over in bed thing' kinda sucks!

    Thanks, I'll do that!

I did go to the doctor yesterday & got some motion sickness pills, which helped me last year when I had vertigo.  Hoping it goes away soon... I've got stuff to get done!  = )
